Overview

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, offering product insight, knowledge and trust. They support in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, parent-to-be events, and guide customers along their parent journey to make experiences like choosing a pram, cot, baby changing table or outfit a magical moment they’ll cherish.

The Role: Store Supervisor

Our Supervisors are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award-winning business. At Mamas & Papas we are expanding our family by seeking an amazing Supervisor to be based at our Mamas & Papas Hayes store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, and working closely with the Store Manager or management teams to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covers 20 hours per week, across 4 days, with shifts as follows:

• Monday 4-9
• Wednesday 2.30-7.30
• Friday 4-9
• Saturday 10-3
