A leading charity organization in Scotland seeks a Retail Store Manager to oversee operations and inspire a diverse team in delivering excellent customer service in a community-focused environment. The role requires strong management skills and an ability to achieve targets effectively.

£25,734 - £30,149 plus benefits
Reports to: Area manager
Department: Trading
Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2026
Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Location: Falkirk Shop
