We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Sales Assistant on a 30 hour contract in the Dunfermline area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead & Inspire: Be a motivating force on the shop floor, supporting management by leading shifts, setting the tone for the day, and encouraging the team to smash sales targets.
• Hands-On Help: From paperwork to prepping food, jumping on the tills during peak times, or tidying the shop – you’re the kind of person who gets stuck in wherever needed.
• Shift Ownership: Whether it’s early mornings or late afternoons, you’ll take pride in opening and closing the shop, setting up displays, managing deliveries, and keeping everything running like clockwork.
• Stock & Compliance: You’ll take charge of ordering stock to maintain great availability, handle cash, and ensure all operational tasks are done to the highest standards.
• Be the Go-To: You’ll be the person the team can rely on – organised, efficient, and ready to delegate with confidence while offering friendly, constructive feedback.
