Job Title: Retail Security Officer

Kingdom Group is a trusted security partner to Tesco Supermarkets, and we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Retail Security Officer to join our professional security team. If you hold a valid SIA Licence and want a role where you’ll be supported, recognised and given genuine opportunities to grow, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Sheffield, S7 area.

Hours: On average of 24 hours per week, covering 3 out of 7 days.

Shift Patterns: Monday-Sunday 15 : 30-00 : 00 / 10 : 00-17 : 00

Pay: £13.47 per hour

About the Role

As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in creating a safe and secure environment within a Tesco store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a strong and visible security presence for customers and colleagues
• Patrolling and monitoring the store to prevent theft, incidents and risks
• Recording observations and completing accurate incident reports
• Working collaboratively with store teams to meet client expectations
• Managing difficult situations professionally and safely
