A prominent sports club in England is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for their Chester Store. This role involves ensuring a high standard of customer experience and includes responsibilities such as processing transactions and providing product guidance. Candidates should have relevant retail experience and strong customer service skills. We have exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Retail Sales Advisor at our Chester Store.
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.
To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.
This isa permanent position working 8hours per week on a 5 from 7 day basis. Your main base will be our Chester Store.
