A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking a Project Manager experienced in retail refurbishments to oversee various projects in the UK. The role involves managing quality, schedules, and client relationships, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates must hold SMSTS and First Aid certifications and be available for an immediate start in March. A competitive salary of up to £70k is offered, along with travel and accommodation expenses.
Our client, a well established and reputable commercial contractor is looking for a project manager, with retail, commercial and shopfront refurb and fit-out experience, to oversee a series of 8 week refurbs around Cambridge, Kent and Suffolk. Based in Bury St Edmunds HO when not needed on site. You must have SMSTS and First Aid to start this role.
Working Monday to Friday with a salary of up to 70k negotiable plus package and car depending on experience.
Applicants would be required to oversee all aspects of the project, keeping a close eye on quality and ensuring site management teams are adhering to schedules, quality, H&S.
The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience in this sector. You must be client facing, be able to hold progress meetings and review processes to make sure phases are handed over on time and within budget.
