Retail Operations Administrator

3 Month FTC - £26,000 PR

Monday – Friday 37hrs

We have partnered with a premium retail brand with a reputation for understated design, high-quality products, and thoughtful customer service. They are looking for a detail orientated administrator to join their property department on a FTC basis.

Key Duties:
  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Raise and manage purchase orders via the DVA system
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the team
  • Arrange and manage store visits for landlords and contractors
  • Monitor works completed on site and follow up on outstanding actions
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from stores and the Retail Central team
  • Arrange and manage security guard bookings
  • Produce ad hoc and month-end reports from DVA
  • Monitor job attendance through the internal portal and follow up as required
  • Track and chase outstanding compliance tasks on the internal portal
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Organised and methodical, able to manage multiple administrative tasks and competing priorities effectively
  • Confident using internal systems and portals
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with internal teams, landlords, contractors, and external suppliers
  • Proactive and reliable, with the ability to follow up on outstanding actions and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Comfortable producing reports and handling basic data analysis for month-end and ad hoc requirements
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a wider retail and property team
  • Professional and discreet, with a customer-focused mindset aligned to a premium retail environment
