Overview

This is your chance to get a real taste of retail, as you're exposed to every facet of our business over the 12 months of your placement.

Responsibilities

• Spend the first months in store, learning about and doing everyone's different roles.
• Do the work as required, including stacking shelves, operating the till, and serving customers with a helpful smile and a good head on your shoulders.
• Build understanding of each role to be better equipped to manage and lead the team.
• Complete projects across the business in areas such as Logistics, Administration, Property and Trading.
• Work alongside an Area Manager to gain real insight into their role.
• Be prepared to hit the ground running on our Area Manager Programme once you graduate.
