Overview

Retail Assistant/Barista role at Aramark UK, based at Northwood HQ. The position involves delivering excellent customer service, operating tills, checking stock, restocking goods, arranging merchandise displays, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and tidy workspace. Responsibilities

• Serving customers, taking payments, and keeping accurate records.
• Receiving and putting out deliveries, restocking goods and ensuring attractive displays of merchandise.
• Stock taking, ordering, and notifying line manager of any deficient goods.
• Cleaning front and back of house areas, keeping shop and stock rooms tidy.
• Reporting to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified in the workplace.
• Following food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
• Learning to open and close the retail unit.
• Barista coffee making to our brand of 53.3 drinks.
• Serving of hot paninis and cold foods.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
• The ability to pass full security vetting (CTC) required.
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided.
• Customer service experience desirable.
• Must be comfortable working alongside a team and occasional lone working.
