Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver retail projects from inception through to completion.
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved.
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Skills

Relevant degree within architecture

Proficiency with Vectorworks

Experience working on projects within the retail sector

Working knowledge of UK building regulations

Strong attention to detail
