A sustainable footwear company in London is seeking a Retail Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to sales goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining store organization and operating POS systems. General
The Retail Ambassador is the catalyst for bringing the Allbirds brand to life through an understanding of our culture and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Retail Ambassador, you will ensure exceptional in-store experiences through positive customer interactions, applying problem solving and sales abilities to answer questions and make compelling product recommendations. You will share knowledge of products, passion for the community and environmental protection. You contribute to the team’s success through customer service, teamwork, merchandising, operations, events and environmental activism.

The Allbirds pay rate for the role is: £12.50 per hour
Allbirds routinely evaluates pay rates, and the ranges are subject to change based on market rates and other factors. We factor in a number of components when determining starting pay, including the job and level you are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation.
