Job Description
  • Advise clients on all aspects of special situations, restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy.
  • Work across bank loans, high‑yield debt, intercreditor arrangements, and other financing instruments.
  • Lead on restructuring proceedings, often interfacing across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Draft and negotiate transactional documentation with responsibility and autonomy.
The Successful Applicant
  • Qualified in England & Wales with 1-5 PQE.
  • Experience working with diverse clients in special situations, restructuring, and insolvency.
  • Strong grasp of key financing instruments (bank loans, high yield debt, intercreditor arrangements).
  • Experience in multi‑jurisdictional restructuring proceedings.
  • Excellent drafting & negotiation skills; previous responsibility for lead tasks.
