Known for its polished service, seasonal menus, and impressive reputation, they are now searching for an experienced and hands‑on Restaurant Manager to guide their front‑of‑house team through consistently busy services. This business also has exciting expansion plans in the new year.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
  • Overseeing smooth day‑to‑day service, often reaching up to 200 covers on peak days and around 600 covers each week
  • Managing and motivating a team of up to 17 front‑of‑house professionals
  • Driving exceptional guest service and maintaining the restaurant's strong Rosette‑level standards
  • Leading recruitment, training, development, and ongoing performance of your front‑of‑house team
  • Ensuring operational efficiency, including stock control, rota planning, and maintaining a positive working culture
