We are now looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at El Alquimista at Greenwic.

El Alquimista is one of the unique experiences at Greenwich ,Peruvian and British Inspired from Sea Bream Ceviche to Grill lamb cutlets , exquisitely crafted in the vintage kitchen and 19 century bar.

What you do as a Restaurant Manager :

• You ensure each guest has a positive dining experience and you continuously strive to go above and beyond their needs
• You inspire the team by leading by example remaining calm, composed, and in control at all times
• You support the Operation Manager with the recruitment and training of the team and ensure all revenue opportunities are maximised
• You communicate relevant business information regularly, efficiently, and concisely to the team
