As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day running of the front of house, ensuring service standards, team performance, and guest satisfaction remain consistently high.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily front‑of‑house operations across all services
- Leading, scheduling, training, and motivating the FOH team
- Delivering warm, professional service and handling guest feedback effectively
- Supporting labour planning, stock control, and cost management alongside senior management
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team on menus, events, and promotions
- Acting as a visible leader on the floor during service
- Serving as a hands‑on management role for a confident hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Senior Duty Manager
- Background in quality‑led restaurants or premium hospitality environments
- Confident people manager with excellent communication skills
- Commercially aware, organized, and calm under pressure
- Passionate about service, standards, and team development
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods
- Right to work in the UK
