Qualifications

• Previous catering management experience in a retail environment required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 90-seater restaurant and outdoor café.
• Lead and motivate a dedicated team focusing on excellent customer service.
• Work hands-on in both the kitchen and front of house.

Skills

Previous catering management experience within a retail environment

Experience working in and running a high-volume kitchen

The ability to control stock, profit & costs, budgets, and wastage
