Respiratory Service Manager (Diagnostics)

Oversee the day-to-day delivery of respiratory diagnostics across multiple sites, ensuring that services are safe, effective and patient-centred Provide expert clinical input and maintain personal clinical competence, performing a range of tests to ARTP standards Lead the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance frameworks, working towards IQIPS accreditation Manage and support a team of respiratory physiologists and support staff, ensuring appropriate supervision, training, and professional development Develop and maintain local training and competency programmes in line with national guidance Work closely with senior managers, NHS and business partners, and commissioners to ensure services meet contractual and clinical expectations Maintain compliance with governance requirements, policies and procedures, including infection control, incident reporting, and health and safety Contribute to audit, service evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives
