Main responsibilities
  • Multi-Channel HCP Engagement - Customize engagement strategies using face-to-face and virtual channels to match stakeholder preferences.
  • Build Relationships - Establish and maintain strong connections with HCPs, fostering trust and product adoption.
  • Account Prioritization - Identify key accounts, map stakeholders, and focus on COPD and severe asthma opportunities.
  • Patient Access Enhancement - Work with NHS Trusts, ICBs, and other bodies to optimize access and formulary inclusion.
  • Pre- and Post-Launch Activities - Execute key activities to support product introduction while ensuring ABPI compliance.
  • Policy and Market Analysis - Stay updated on NHS policies and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.
About you

Experience:

  • Proven Track Record - Success in pharmaceutical sales or market access within the NHS.
  • Multichannel & Analytical Agility - Experience in omnichannel engagement and data-driven execution.
  • Specialty Care/Respiratory Expertise - Strong knowledge in respiratory and biologics.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Scientific Communication - Ability to effectively convey scientific information to HCPs.
  • Collaborative Spirit - Foster a collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Leadership Skills - Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategies effectively.
  • Code Compliance - Understanding of ABPI/IPHA Codes of Practice and their practical application.
