A major water utility company in the UK is seeking a Resourcing Solutions Specialist to enhance its employer brand and streamline recruitment processes. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and leading improvements across screening and recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and experience in managing employer branding campaigns. The Resourcing Solutions Specialist will support the Resourcing Solutions Manager in the successful delivery of employer brand position, pre‑employment screening, and process improvement and guidance. They will lead development and continuous improvement across these core activities and support wider initiatives ensuring alignment, compliance, and well informed decision‑making.
The role holder will partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape and strengthen resourcing capability during a period of transformation, enabling strategic leads to focus on systems, governance, and transformation. They will collaborate closely with resourcing leaders and sit at the intersection of recruitment operations, employer branding and attraction, and compliant onboarding, ensuring delivery to high standards.
Base location: Hybrid - Reading
Working hours: 36 hours, Monday to Friday
