We provide integrated and ground-breaking solutions for the civil engineering and construction sectors, with specialisms in rail, highways, airports, marine, defence, energy, water, and environmental infrastructure.
We're looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to join our resourcing team. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, offering the opportunity to shape how we attract, engage, and retain top talent across two business units.
You'll take ownership of direct sourcing across all business areas, ensuring roles are filled efficiently and effectively within agreed timeframes. Working closely with HR colleagues, you'll align recruitment efforts with broader people strategies and business goals.
Proactively build and maintain a high-quality talent pool, using professional networks like LinkedIn and candidate referrals to stay ahead of future hiring needs. You'll also lead the development of targeted resourcing campaigns and manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
Operational excellence is key; you'll ensure Talentlink (ATS) is up to date and accurate, and provide timely management information to support decision-making and workforce planning.
About you
You're an experienced recruitment professional from an in-house background, with a strong track record in volume hiring and stakeholder engagement. You're confident in sourcing directly, managing campaigns, and influencing at multiple levels.
