Resourcing Advisor - 6-12 Month FTC Hybrid Working

Location: Milton Keynes Salary: 31,898 + 1,750 location allowance (pro rata) Contract Type: Fixed-Term, Full-Time (6-12 months) Security Clearance: SC (Security Check) required

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers, designing the most effective recruitment routes and methods for each campaign.
  • Manage both internal and external recruitment activity across multiple disciplines.
  • Draft and place recruitment advertising, select suitable channels, and support assessment and interviewing processes.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, positioning Resourcing as a trusted partner.
  • Work with external suppliers, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual agreements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data for management information and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of updated policies and processes.

  • Confidence in managing suppliers and monitoring campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or online databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience analysing recruitment data and providing reports.

Security Clearance & Eligibility

This role is reserved for British citizens only and requires SC security clearance.

Candidates must have lived in the UK for at least 2 of the past 5 years, including 12 consecutive months. Clearance typically takes 4-8 weeks. Existing SC clearance may be transferable.
