The Role

As a Resourcer, you'll be at the heart of what we do. You'll identify and engage top talent, build strong candidate relationships, and act as the first point of contact for many of the professionals we work with. You'll also support business growth by spotting opportunities in the market and working closely with your wider team to deliver exceptional service.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple platforms
  • Advertising roles, screening applications and conducting initial interviews
  • Carrying out compliance checks, references and right-to-work documentation
  • Building and nurturing candidate pipelines and availability lists
  • Supporting the team with market intelligence and lead generation
  • Acting as an ambassador for New Resource Recruitment in every interaction

You'll likely have:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
