A leading media organization in London seeks an experienced resource manager to effectively balance supply and demand. The role entails collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes, emphasizing resource allocation and project management. Ideal candidates will possess strong experience in operations management and proficiency with Adobe Workfront. This position offers full-time hours and permanent status, with a focus on building processes for staffing efficiencies.
This purpose of this role is to manage supply and demand across an Service Line or within a specific discipline with accountability for executing strategies to meet resourcing needs for client teams and the organisation. They will partner and collaborate with growth, HR, finance, operations and talent acquisition to staff teams timely and ensure excellence in client delivery.

The purpose of this role is to drive brand-aligned resource management across the Media Service Line, ensuring that supply and demand are effectively balanced to support client and functional teams. The role is accountable for supporting strategies that meet resourcing needs while upholding brand standards and delivery excellence. It involves close collaboration with growth, HR, finance, operations, and talent acquisition to ensure timely staffing and consistent, high-quality client outcomes.
This role reports to the Head of Resource Management UK.
