Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We re looking for Residential Support Workers to support children in care across the UK.

JM Workforce Services is an established specialist recruitment agency supplying temporary workers to the Child Social Care sector across the UK.

We work with a wide range of clients from small independent providers to large multinational groups, and Local Authorities. Providing them with residential childcare staff who have the necessary skills and experiences to care for children.

Job Details

Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Flexible work: PAYE or self-employed

Travel support: Reasonable travel to children s homes

Your role

Your role will include:

• Providing emotional and practical support to children
• Assisting with daily activities such as meals, education, and leisure
• Encouraging independence and life skills
• Building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and professionals
• Maintaining accurate records

Requirements
