Latham offers competitive pay with a $3 per hour weekend differential. Full-time employees accrue 5 weeks of Earned Time Away in the first year of employment. $3/hour weekend differential.
Latham may be able to provide temporary individual housing based on availability.
Latham provides up to a 5% employer match for eligible participants in the 403b retirement plan. Employees are eligible at the start of employment. Childcare reimbursement is available to benefited employees after 120 days of employment.
Latham provides training opportunities to help staff advance skills and professional growth. Tuition reimbursement is available to benefited employees after 1 year of employment.
Locations across Cape Cod and Southeastern MA.
Benefits are available to full or part-time employees who work 20 hours or more per week. Eligibility is generally the first day of the 3rd month of employment or at open enrollment in July. Details are provided through Supervisors, Human Resources, and the collective bargaining agreement. The benefits package is reviewed periodically and subject to change.
Paid time off accrues at five weeks per year and can be used for vacation, sick leave, and holidays; after one year it increases to six weeks, after three years to seven weeks, and after ten years to eight weeks. Time is prorated for part-time employees. Short-term disability coverage provides up to 13 weeks of benefits, prorated for part-time employees.
Other benefits include life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, long-term disability, dental, vision, and voluntary pre-tax benefit plans. The agency offers health insurance plans, a flexible spending account, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match noted above.
Located in Brewster, interns will work on our campus, including residential living, on-site healthcare, and educational supports. Interns may work with students/residents diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome and individuals with trauma backgrounds.
Clinical interns: work with the clinical department and physician, assisting with supervised group and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and supervision. Reports to the Director of Clinical Services.
Education interns: work with classroom teachers and educational administration on meeting students\' Individualized Education Plan goals and applying the common core in classrooms.

Qualifications: High school degree or GED; ability to handle children in crisis safely and with compassion.
