The Opportunity
The firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE. Working as part of an experienced and approachable team, you will manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters while also helping to develop junior lawyers and strengthen client relationships.

The Role

  • Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
  • Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
  • Acting on lease extensions and shared ownership transactions
  • Managing matters for HNW clients and complex titles
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and developers
  • Overseeing files to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Supporting the growth of the residential property team

The Candidate

  • 5+ years’ PQE
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of property matters
  • Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with first-class client care skills
