If you’re a technically strong Residential Property Solicitor looking for meaningful progression and a genuinely collaborative, client-focused environment, this could be your perfect next move.

You’ll join one of the largest independent law firms in the North West, with a top-tier Legal 500 residential property team and a stellar reputation for quality and client service.

This is a great opportunity to handle a varied, high-value caseload, including sales, purchases, leasehold properties, probate-related properties, and portfolio transfers, with support from a dedicated team, modern systems, and a non-target-driven ethos.

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience in complex and high-value residential property matters
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine desire to contribute to team culture
  • Mentoring experience or desire to support junior colleagues
What you’ll be doing
  • Managing your own caseload of high-value residential property transactions
  • Working on complex matters, including leasehold issues, trusts, probate, and property portfolios
  • Providing timely, accurate legal advice to a wide range of clients
  • Supporting junior colleagues and sharing your knowledge within the team
  • Contributing to BD and marketing initiatives (e.g., blogs, press, networking events)
  • Maintaining high standards of file management, compliance, and client care
Salary & Benefits
  • £50,000+ depending on experience
  • No individual billing targets, focus on quality, not volume
  • 2 days working from home after 3-month onboarding
  • Open to 4-day working week arrangements
  • Realistic chargeable hours (5 per day)
  • PA support and collaborative team structure
  • Employee ownership model, you’ll have a say in how the business runs
  • Award-winning wellbeing culture and Top 200 UK firm status

This is your chance to step into a progressive role at a modern, people-led firm where your ideas are valued and your development is prioritised.
