The Role

You will join a busy and growing residential property department, supporting clients on a wide range of transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, refinancing, transfers of equity and new build matters. Much of the client base is high value, with instructions often involving prime London real estate.

You will work alongside experienced solicitors and Partners who will provide direct supervision, giving you the opportunity to refine your technical skills while gaining exposure to complex and high profile transactions. The team uses modern systems and streamlined processes to make sure lawyers can focus on client service rather than administration.
