A well-established, leading London law firm in Holborn requires a proactive and enthusiastic residential property secretary to join their buoyant team and provide secretarial support to fee earners involved in the higher end of the London residential property market. Our client needs someone who has a strong understanding of all of the relevant property searches and procedures and is happy to deal with client enquiries.

A selection of responsibilities will include:

• Diary management

• Arranging meetings

• Land Registry searches

• Handling and dealing with correspondence

• Land Registry searches

It is essential that you have at least 18 months’ experience as a residential property legal secretary and a good knowledge of Land Registry procedures and searches, good time management and organisational skill as well as being a confident communicator. Stellar client skills are essential as you will be expected to liaise with clients on the fee earners’ behalf. Excellent benefits and a very positive and friendly environment.
