Residential Property Paralegal/Executive

Seeking an experienced Residential Property Executive to manage a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion. The role involves handling a range of transactions including sales, purchases, new builds, leaseholds, re-mortgages and shared ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential conveyancing matters independently
  • Handle new build, shared ownership and leasehold transactions
  • Maintain relationships with developers and referral partners
  • Provide clear, client-focused legal advice
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and firm procedures
  • Support business development and collaboration across teams

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience running a full conveyancing caseload
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware
  • Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
