Our client are a highly regarded multi practice office with a strong presence in the Somerset market who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to bolster their thriving team in Keynsham.

Whether you're a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer, if you've got 2+ years' experience handling sales, purchases, and remortgages of freehold and leasehold properties, we'd love to hear from you.

Candidate requirements:

  • Solid residential property experience (commercial property exposure is a bonus, not a must)
  • Confidence in managing your own caseload
  • A collaborative mindset and great team spirit
  • Strong client-facing skills - personable, professional, and proactive
