Position Overview
You'll be trusted to handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You'll take ownership of your files from start to finish, ensuring smooth, compliant transactions and delivering first-class service to every client.

Responsibilities

  • Run end-to-end conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
  • Carry out detailed property searches and due diligence
  • Review, draft, and advise on contracts, title documents and key legal paperwork
  • Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Provide clear, practical advice and regular updates to clients
  • Liaise effectively with agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Manage exchange, completion and post-completion procedures
  • Handle Land Registry submissions accurately and promptly

Requirements
