Are you a Residential Property lawyer looking for a role which offers hybrid/home working and flexibility around working hours? Then this could be the role for you.
Our client is an established 4-partner solicitors practice located just outside Dover town centre, offering a range of legal services to Kent-based clients, including property, probate, family law, and general litigation.
You will ideally be a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer capable of managing a full caseload of freehold and leasehold sales from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will also handle re-mortgages, auction sales, Help to Buy schemes, shared ownerships, and new build sales. Experience with leasehold enfranchisement or commercial property work, including business leases, would be advantageous but is not essential.
Joining a property team of four lawyers across two office sites, you will benefit from secretarial support. The role requires being IT literate and experienced in case management systems.
