This role will see you working on general Residential Conveyancing matters but with a HNW element, including but not limited to; Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, help to buy, new build/plot sales, and more.

Requirements:

• You will be a Conveyancing Solicitor 1+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Have experience in dealing with both Freehold & Leasehold
