Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a design-related environment.
• Experience with civil or structural consulting engineers is preferred.
• Ability to produce technical reports and constraints/opportunity plans in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design of infrastructure and groundwork packages for residential developments.
• Procure services records for new developments and oversee payments.
• Liaise with stakeholders to discharge building regulations.
