JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive

LOCATION: Berkshire (Hybrid Working – 3 Days in Office)

The Role

A respected regional law firm is looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its thriving Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancing professional who is technically strong, client-focused, and looking to grow their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers a varied caseload, career development opportunities, and the chance to work alongside experienced colleagues in a close-knit, friendly team. You’ll handle your own files from instruction to completion, advising a broad range of clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing including:

• Sales and purchases (including high-value and complex title matters)
• New build transactions
• First-time buyer support
• Leasehold matters
• Remortgages
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement (optional involvement)
