A prestigious London law firm is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join their award-winning property team. You will work in a 1:1 role for a leading partner, advising on various residential matters including investment acquisition, sales, purchases, and refinancing. You will manage your own residential files under supervision. The partner is renowned for high-quality client service.
Key duties include:
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months’ experience as a conveyancing paralegal. You should be capable of managing all aspects of residential transactions from instruction to post-completion. Excellent communication and client skills are essential for building rapport with clients and acting proactively. You must also be able to conduct searches with minimal supervision.
This role offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting a single equity partner with a caseload of high-end residential transactions, as well as managing your own cases.
