Responsibilities - Manage the conveyancing process for residential properties from start to finish - Liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate property transactions - Conduct legal research and analyse property documentation - Prepare contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents - Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and filed in a timely manner - Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their property transactions
