Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join our team in Stafford.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing a caseload ofresidential property matters from inception through to conclusion;including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, newbuild, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and leaseextensions.
  • Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers.
  • To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
  • Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions.

  • Have experience of managing your own caseload.
  • Have exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond client expectations.
  • Be organised and process driven.
