Residential Conveyancer-Skipton

Leading full service commercial law firm with four offices across the region is recruiting a residential conveyancing solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or highly experienced fee earner to join its office in Skipton.

Shortlisted for the Yorkshire Legal Awards 'Law Firm of the Year, the practice is committed to providing high standards and already has Lexcel, CQS and WIQS accreditations. The department has one other fee earner with the whole of the property department consisting of ten conveyancers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience handling a caseload from inception through to post completion as the role will involve handling the full remit of residential property transactions whilst dealing with local clients.

It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of handling your own caseload of residential property matters under minimal supervision with assistance whilst being able to work in a close knit and friendly team.
