Conveyancing Fee Earner - All Levels

Location: Kent (Office-Based with Hybrid Options)

The Role
  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Delivering high-quality client care with proactive communication and efficient handling of matters
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff where required
  • Assisting with business development and networking activities to strengthen the firm's reputation
  • Supporting colleagues during busy periods or absences
  • Ensuring compliance with firm procedures, risk management, and regulatory standards
About You
  • Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEx, or experienced conveyancer with relevant expertise
  • Confident in managing a full caseload of residential property matters
  • IT proficient, with experience using case management systems and digital workflows
  • Strong communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Ambitious, proactive, and committed to professional development
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to contribute to a positive working environment
