Overview

This Property vacancy is in an established team at a recognised high street practice in North London. You will have experience in both residential and commercial property, understanding the conveyancing process across both freehold and leasehold properties, and this is an opportunity within a friendly team that comes with secretarial and paralegal support.

As the department continues to grow, this office based role offers services to the local community and small businesses and interestingly will not incorporate shared ownership, new build or high rise flats, it will focus on family homes, retail and office space. The firm has achieved recognition for offering their staff a stable environment and a number of accreditations due to solid customer services.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a career orientated conveyancer, who will enjoy a team environment and can manage a mixed caseload. Consideration will be given to someone with light commercial knowledge although the preference is to find someone ideally who has good skills across both residential and commercial matters equally. The firm has modern processes and good software for dictation, you will have support in opening files and undertaking searches enabling you to focus on your clients, giving them good customer service and meeting all ID check and AML requirements.
