Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce and 2 years of experience in a residential setting. Your role: As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in leading practice on shift. You will mentor and support new team members, oversee day-to-day operations, and act as the key point of contact for reporting to higher management. You'll conduct staff supervisions, provide progress updates, and raise any concerns related to team or young person dynamics, advising when management intervention may be needed. You will act as a Key Worker where necessary, taking primary responsibility for the care and development of a designated young person.
