• Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on the contractor/developer side.
• Ideally some experience working on residential projects.
• Ambitious and eager to start running own projects.

Responsibilities

• Track actual expenditure against the approved budget and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Measure and value work completed by contractors to authorize payments.
• Administer changes to the scope of works and evaluate their impact on costs.
• Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Negotiate and settle final accounts with stakeholders.
