Qualifications

• Experience working on UK residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Good understanding of the UK planning process.

Responsibilities

• Attending site visits and client meetings to assist with project delivery.
• Producing technical drawings and 3D drawings to support planning submissions.
• Preparing technical packages for Building Regulations approval.
• Coordinating information with external consultants.
• Supporting the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assisting with project administration and general office duties.
• Representing the practice at networking and industry events when required.
