Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced LTSA Site Manager / Service Engineer to represent Kanadevia Inova on‑site at the Indaver Rivenhall IWMF in Braintree, Essex and oversee the successful execution of Long‑Term Service Agreements (LTSA). This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong client‑facing and contract management skills to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations.

Key Responsibilities (non‑exhaustive):

  • Represent Kanadevia Inova’s interests on the client site, delivering LTSA obligations safely and efficiently.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver annual outages, maintenance activities, and emergent repair works.
  • Coordinate with the client on operational, maintenance, and emergency procedures while ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
  • Monitor site activities for safety, environmental, and operational compliance; support investigations of incidents or near‑misses.
  • Provide technical support, equipment guidance, and maintenance advice to the client, ensuring LTSA deliverables align with contractual requirements.
  • Oversee spare parts management and supplier coordination to deliver value‑for‑money and timely execution of maintenance works.
  • Collaborate closely with warranty, service, and account management teams to maintain clear boundaries and smooth execution of all service scopes.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in plant service, operations, or maintenance—ideally within energy, power generation, or process plant environments.
  • Proven experience managing LTSAs or similar service contracts, with strong technical and commercial understanding.
  • Solid background in outage planning, execution, and contractor management.
  • Strong working knowledge of HSEQ regulations and safety leadership in an industrial environment.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; confident liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
