£31,096 per annum plus tronc and fantastic benefits

40 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and rotational weekends

Our Reservations Supervisor

As Reservations Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding the Reservations team to deliver excellent guest service. Acting as the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will ensure enquiries are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care. Supporting the Reservations Manager, you’ll help drive consistency, convert enquiries into bookings, and provide a smooth journey for every guest from enquiry to arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Reservations Manager in day-to-day operations
• Supervise and motivate the Reservations team to ensure high standards of service
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reservations communications
• Provide a seamless, personalised experience for every guest
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while managing guest expectations
• Uphold company parameters, cancellation policies, and data security
• Oversee group bookings and monitor daily reports
• Collaborate with Finance on commission processes
• Maintain Freshdesk templates and create SOPs for consistency across the team
