Job summary

Qualifications

  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite needed.
  • Knowledge of Opera reservation system is critical.

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Process telephone and email reservations using Opera, ensuring accuracy.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Opera reservation system.
