Ansty Hall, a charming Georgian manor nestled in the Warwickshire countryside, is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Reservations and Events Coordinator to join our team. With its elegant interiors and welcoming atmosphere, Ansty Hall is a popular destination for leisure stays, weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events.

As Reservations and Events Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Handling front-line communication with guests and clients via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Accurately inputting bedroom reservations and updating guest profiles to enhance the guest experience
  • Coordinating all bookings including conferences, private dining, group stays, and special events
  • Producing detailed and accurate function sheets to support operational delivery
  • Preparing and conducting show rounds in line with hotel standards
  • Collating client information to support the planning and execution of events
  • Ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and system updates
  • Occasionally assisting the team at weekend wedding showcases
Person Requirements:
  • Previous experience in reservations, events or front office, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using hotel systems and Microsoft Office (Opera or similar is a plus)
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible to support occasional weekend events
