They are now seeking a confident, detail-focused Reservations Agent to join their reservations team and play a key role in shaping the guest journey from first contact through to arrival, where first impressions truly count.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities as a Reservations Agent…

  • Handling guest enquiries via phone and email in a professional and personable manner
  • Processing room reservations accurately using the hotel booking systems
  • Advising guests on room types, rates, packages and hotel facilities
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue where appropriate
  • Supporting the wider reservations and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have previous experience in hotel reservations, front office or a customer‑facing role within a 4 or 5‑star environment
  • Communicate confidently and enjoy building rapport with guests
